Digitalization of School Quality Framework

Description

We at boy transformed the comprehensive print document "Orientierungsrahmen Schulqualität" (School Quality Framework) into a web-based, interactive platform. The digital solution provides all stakeholders in Hamburg's education system – from school leadership to teachers and inspectors – with structured and accessible access to quality standards and criteria. My role was the Concept & Design part, transforming document structure into intuitive web architecture, developing navigation and information hierarchy aligned with corporate design guidelines.
